We ship to multiple countries including Brazil and other international destinations.
Shipping Rates:
- Brazil - Postal Service: R$ 27
- Brazil - Private Courier: R$339
Delivery Times:
- International orders typically take 10-25 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Delivered to Destination Country in 5 to 7 business days and remaining time for customs clearance.
IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For customers in Brazil and all international destinations:

Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Customs Clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures in your country. This may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

Refusal of Shipment: If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes, and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued minus all shipping costs (original and return).

Brazil-Specific Requirements:
- CPF/CNPJ Number Required: Brazilian customers must provide their CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) or CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica) number at checkout for customs clearance.
- Import Duties: Brazil imposes import duties on most goods. These duties are calculated by Brazilian customs and must be paid by the customer before delivery.
- Customs Delays: Shipments to Brazil may experience delays due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Seller Limitations: As an India-based seller, we are not permitted to pre-pay or collect customs duties on behalf of international customers. All duties and taxes must be paid directly to your local customs authority or courier upon delivery.

Estimated Duties: We recommend contacting your local customs office or correios to estimate potential duties and taxes before placing your order.
Tracking & Delivery
- All international orders include tracking information.
- You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
- For Brazil shipments, tracking may show delays during customs clearance - this is normal.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to customs issues
- Insurance is available upon request for high-value orders
